The third book in the series was, honestly, a bit of a letdown. The first two books had some continuation that made them feel connected, while the third book took place in an entirely different country (not Chalion!) with an entirely different cast. This is the Chalion series, so why do that? Anyway, less engaging than I'd hoped.
